Note: Although the Mac browser Atlas ChatGPT became available on October 21st, I didn't start to check out what it could do until yesterday, November 4th. I only spent about 40 minutes and it's only fair to say that my limited testing and speculation should be taken into account. That said, the debut of Atlas ChatGPT could rival in importance even the birth of ChatGPT itself on November 30th, 2022.

ChatGPT on top of a browser

Unlike other browsers which have only added AI capability to their browsers (somewhat guessing), ChatGPT has given you a partner in ChatGPT in taking control of your whole information world to the extent that lives inside the various sites that you open within the browser environment.

Only the Mac version is currently available, the others are coming.

When my eyes first started to open (but just a bit)

I opened my website AskDwightHow.org in Atlas. Then in the side tab I asked ChatGPT, "What can you tell me about this website?"

Here's an image of the first part of its response. I'm not sure I could have done it better myself. Just in a few seconds it able able to provide an overview that was right-on.

Give me some uplifting music about loving the journey

Then I said, "I want to hear some uplifting music about loving the journey." ChatGPT immediately identified several such songs and provided the links to start listening to those songs.
