Toolkits

All tools for making life change are contained within one or more of these twelve toolkits. The first five toolkits contain tools that address the more fundamental aspects of life. Each toolkit builds upon the Integrity and results created from using the tools in the previous toolkits. The exceptions are the XXI toolkit and the CAOI toolkit, which are relatively independent of each other. Also, the NFS toolkit, which addresses nutrition, fitness, and sleep, is really part of the NNI toolkit.

FFP toolkit (Fundamental Facts and Processes)

NNI toolkit (Now-Next Integrity)

FFI toolkit (Frightened-Fearless Integrity is an aspect of Now-Next Integrity as applied to fear)

NFS toolkit (Nutrition-Fitness-Sleep)

OOI toolkit (Oneself-Others Integrity)

EEI toolkit (Express-Emage Integrity: one aspect of Oneself-Others Integrity)

SSI toolkit (Selfish-Service Integrity: the other aspect of Oneself-Others Integrity)

XXI toolkit (Romance and man-woman integrity)

CAI toolkit (Child-Adult Integrity)

CAII toolkit (Child-Adult Inside Integrity)

CAOI toolkit (Child-Adults Outside Integrity)

WWW toolkit (Words that Work Wonders)

RRI Distinction Training (Know what you mean and then you'll love reality)

More Might with Dwight (Coaching videos with Dwight)

The Centurist (Facts and distinctions about the chances of celebrating your 200th birthday and beyond)

Contrasting the toolkits

  • The FFP toolkit: this details fundamental facts and processes that form the foundation upon which the approach and philosophy of this website is based.

  • The NNI toolkit: tools to create Now-Next Integrity that resolve the conflicts that can occur between just wanting to feel good now (and avoid feeling bad now), our Now part, with our desire/intention to create a good future (or avoid a bad one), our Next part.

  • The FFI toolkit: tools to create Frightened-Fearless Integrity which is a major component of Now-Next Integrity.

  • The NFS toolkit: the tools in this toolkit could have been included inside the NNI toolkit (they are part of Now-Next integrity). I have put them in their own toolkit, however, because the tools have an important "physical" aspect and are not primarily "mental" tools as are most others in AskDwightHow.

  • The OOI toolkit: tools to create Oneself-Others integrity by settling any of the conflicts that can occur between our desire and need to take care of ourselves and express ourselves authentically, our Oneself part, with our desire to care for others and wanting to support them and help them out along with our desire to look good to others, our Others part.

  • The EEI toolkit (a part of the OOI toolkit) focuses in on tools that more specifically address the conflicts that can occur between wanting to express oneself openly and authentically and our desire to look good (and not look bad) to others.

  • The SSI toolkit (the other part of the OOI toolkit) focuses in on tools that more specifically address the conflicts that can occur between our need to take care of our own interests and self-care and our desire to care for others.

  • The XXI toolkit: this toolkit is also a subset of the OOI toolkit; it addresses more specifically Oneself-Others issues that can arise inside of a romantic and/or man-woman relationship.

  • The CAI toolkit: similarly, this toolkit is a subset of the OOI toolkit, addressing those unique issues or conflicts that can occur in adult-child relationships (usually between parents and children or between teachers and children).

  • The CAII toolkit more specifically relates to resolving conflicts that can occur between our inner child and an inner adult.

  • The CAOI toolkit addresses external conflicts between adults and children.

  • The WWW toolkit: sometimes just having a simple template of what to say in certain circumstances can turn a conversation in a desirable direction. This toolkit provides some of those templates.

  • The RRI Distinction Training is about the simple process of learning to question each of the words or assertions that we say or think, by asking, "Is it true?" or "Is it always true?" or "What evidence do I have that it is true?" or "What evidence do I have that it might not be true?"

  • More Might with Dwight is a powerful collection of coaching videos between Dwight within the context of the "More Might with Dwight" events.

  • The Centurist explores the facts and newly developing knowledge and science that point toward the real possibility that we could enjoy living our lives into several centuries and beyond
