I love my coach Dwight!  He has helped me in so many areas of my life:

Personal love interest, effectiveness in my business, dealing with the loss of my brother due to mental illness and suicide, and many more areas.  He has no judgement of my situation, only compassion and guidance.  His perspective is often fresh, and new.  By the end of each 30-minute session, I walk away with new tools, insights, actions to take, or materials to reference, sometimes all of them.

 

My most favorite thing that we have been addressing is the conversation between my future self and my present self, and creating partnership between the two.  I find myself lighter, more free, able to create a better working relationship with all those in my world, including myself!
