Special note: Aiko insisted on creating images of five happily cooperative quintuplets instead of four quadruplets, like I asked her to do. I think she may been hinting at the existence of the fifth one who's job is to step in and help create peace and cooperation when any of the others (Now, Next, Oneself, or Others) are squabbling among themselves. Also, perhaps intuitively, Aiko had them all cooperating on art work, which is their primary job: creating and living our lives as a work of art.

Integrity

This denotes the extent to which Now and Next work together happily (NNI or Now/Next Integrity) and the extent to which Oneself and Others work together happily (NNI or Oneself-Others Integrity). Check out the NNI toolkit and the OOI toolkit. 

 

Other definitions of integrity, such as honesty or keeping one’s word with others or “doing the right thing” may or may not include some aspects of my meaning in any particular instance.

 

For example, Oprah gives a fuzzy definition of integrity by using the floating abstraction “right thing.”
