In Phoenix heat, late ‘86,
A silent question had begun—
Why can’t I do what I say I will?
Promises broke so I could chill.

I searched for truth, not just the talk,
Among my peers, my daily walk.
They preached the word, but none had shown
How one keeps faith when all alone.

I didn’t find destiny—it found me.
I was led where I could not see.
No target chased with some grand scheme—
By listening close, I found my dream.

I built a system, bold and tight,
Thirty vows from dawn to night.
Two months in, near-perfect score—
I’d cracked a code not cracked before.

Friends said, “Dwight, that’s what I need.”
I offered help with heartfelt speed.
“Consider It Done,” the name took flight,
With promises kept and goals in sight.

But coaching whispered something more—
Beyond the tasks, a deeper door.
The clients stayed for what I’d say,
Not just the charts that tracked their way.

I didn’t find destiny—it found me.
I was led where I could not see.
No target chased with some grand scheme—
By listening close, I found my dream.

A five-step path, a growing flame,
Clients came and I built my name.
More than work—it felt like play,
A kind of joy that doesn't stray.

My code was human, not machine—
Our wins more thrilling than any screen.
What seemed like side roads in the past
Were training grounds for what would last.

So here I stand, a coach by fate?
Where every step had helped create.
I play for love, but get paid too—
For helping others follow through.

I didn’t find destiny—it found me.
I was led where I could not see.
No target chased with some grand scheme—
By listening close, I found my dream.
