Summary

Centrist Health Series Launch

Dwight introduced a monthly meeting series focused on health, vitality, and the possibility of living to 100 or beyond, which he refers to as being a "centrist." He shared that the meeting would include participants from the U.S., China, the Philippines, and Vietnam, and he planned to record and provide a transcript of the session. Dwight emphasized the importance of early participation and mentioned that future meetings would be held on the third Saturday or Sunday of each month.

Longevity Escape Velocity Vision

Dwight shared his vision of living a long and healthy life through a song created using an AI app, emphasizing his belief in the possibility of living for multiple centuries with advancements in science and technology. He discussed the concept of Longevity Escape Velocity (LEV), where annual advancements in science could add a year to human lifespan, potentially leading to the reversal of aging. Dwight highlighted the progress made in improving global health and lifespan over the decades, expressing optimism that LEV could be achieved by 2030, though others may predict a longer timeline.

Exploring Longevity Through Health Technologies

Dwight discussed the importance of maintaining health and vitality, emphasizing the potential benefits of current and future health technologies. He encouraged participants to consider the possibility of living longer, even if they are not necessarily aiming to reach extreme ages. Bill shared his optimism about emerging health technologies, while Ginger expressed her interest in exploring longevity options inspired by recent advancements. Frank and Paula highlighted personal experiences and potential future developments in healthcare, such as AI and 3D printing, which they believe could significantly impact longevity.

Healthy Lifestyle and Weight Loss

Dwight shared his personal experience with weight loss and healthy eating, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy environment by avoiding unhealthy foods and using alternatives like frozen berries and stevia for sweetness. He introduced a "coffee diet" approach, involving regular coffee consumption to manage hunger, and discussed his recent lifestyle changes, including a relationship with a younger girlfriend named Hannah. Dorothy shared her journey of losing 151 pounds over 15 years by eliminating sugar from her diet, highlighting the importance of making healthy food choices. The discussion also touched on scientific advancements in aging research and the potential for breakthroughs in the near future.

HIIT Exercise and Motivation Insights

Dwight shared insights on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), comparing it to traditional exercise routines and highlighting its effectiveness with minimal time commitment. He demonstrated a personal exercise routine using weights and discussed the concept of "tiny tomorrows," emphasizing the importance of setting near-term, enjoyable goals to maintain motivation and well-being. The meeting also included a brief discussion about finding a specific water bottle, which was resolved with Rich's assistance.

Future Goals and Work-Life Balance

Dwight shared his excitement about upcoming plans, including a trip to Manila on December 20th where he will work with clients and hire local assistants. He discussed the importance of setting future goals and maintaining a sense of anticipation, as well as the benefits of good sleep, introducing a weighted blanket as a tool for better rest. Dwight also emphasized the concept of "leisurely busy," contrasting it with the common experience of being overwhelmed by constant busyness, and shared a video about finding balance and enjoying the process rather than just focusing on results.

Balancing Structure and Spontaneity

Dwight shared a personal breakthrough about balancing his dual nature, which he calls Strider and Frisia, representing structure/planning and freedom/spontaneity respectively. He compared this internal conflict to the fall of the Berlin Wall and realized that both aspects need to work together harmoniously. As a result, he created a daily covenant system tracking 26 activities, including exercise and other commitments, which he began implementing the following day.

Wellness and Exercise Alternatives

The group discussed exercise and wellness, with Ginger recommending Pilates as a safer alternative to HIIT, emphasizing steady movements and core strength. Dwight agreed that while HIIT is effective for cardiovascular health, other exercises like swimming or cycling can also be beneficial. Bill suggested compiling and sharing health and wellness tips among the group, which Dwight welcomed. Dwight announced he would post a video and transcript of the session on his website, with future sessions scheduled for the second Saturday of each month.

[Ginger] 06:24:44

for me to talk about. Yeah, yeah, thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:24:46

Thank you, Ginger.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:24:46

Dwight, let… let me ask, let me add a perspective.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:24:50

Yes?

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:24:52

Um, you know, I'm 74 years old, and I…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:24:56

I invest in different things, including healthcare and so forth, so I'm very attuned to what's being done, but…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:05

Here I am, my wife and I, we were both overweight,

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:08

And if you had said 5 years ago,

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:11

that there would be some kind of medicine or injection or something where it would be easy to lose 80 pounds of weight,

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:21

in a year's time, I would have said, no, it can't happen, it can't happen, but…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:26

The GLP-1s, and I know they're controversial, and you may not like them, but

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:32

My wife and I went on it, we each lost 80 pounds, and it took our…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:37

It took our longevity from

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:40

13 years to about 17 years under normal circumstances, so that took me up to age 91.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:25:46

Mmm…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:25:48

Mmm…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:48

And I'm just saying that with now the AI that's being accelerated, and how that's being used to accelerate

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:25:59

testing of different medications, supplements, whatever. I'm very optimistic that there will be an acceleration of advances.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:26:10

And there's always been advances. You know,

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:26:15

all the naysayers who said, you know, population explosion, population bomb, we're all gonna starve, not enough food, and so forth, they've all been proven wrong.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:26:27

Yep, yep.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:26:28

And I think this will continue, so I'm very optimistic.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:26:31

Oh, that is so… that is… that is so right on, Frank. Thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:26:36

Dorothy, did you want to… oh, sorry, go ahead.

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:26:37

I felt something. It's just, I want to say I keep losing my charge, so I just want you to know that if I leave, my charge is gone. But if I could, just real quick while I'm on, my mom's 98, and she makes it look easy, okay? And…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:26:38

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:26:45

Okay.

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:26:52

Two of them, uh…

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:26:53

I'll tell you what, she's just, like, she's amazing. She's healthy, we just moved her into a new facility, she's right away kicking, she's giving me the best coaching of my whole life.

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:27:05

like that. And then two of my nephews are working on 3D printing of body and organs and stuff like that. They're actually in the research

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:27:06

Mm-hmm.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:27:13

Wow!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:34

Quick comments or questions, uh, feedback on this, and if your audio's off, then…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:39

Turn your audio on to make that.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:21:45

Yeah, I put something in the comments, just basically, for years, I've taken the viewpoint that there…

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:21:51

Health technologies being developed right now that we don't know about, and some that have already come out that we don't know about.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:21:57

That, uh, have the potential to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:57

Mm-hmm.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:22:01

transform our health dramatically, and so, you know, like I wrote, I keep my eyes open.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:03

Yep. Yep.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:22:07

For the… for those things.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:07

Yeah. You make a good point. Some things maybe we even already know that even without that, but there's also all that stuff out there if we started looking.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:18

I mean, with internet and everything nowadays, it's amazing what's out there, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:22

And that really could make that difference. Of course, we have to vet it, we have to be careful, because there's a lot of

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:22:23

Yup.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:29

claims and stuff like that. It's, uh, cause I, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:33

If you listen to testimonials,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:36

You go in all sorts of different directions. I get some sort of solid data about stuff.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:42

Thank you, Bill. Any other comments or questions?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:22:47

Okay, let's continue. Uh, go ahead, yes?

[Ginger] 06:22:50

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't like to share my view.

[Ginger] 06:22:55

It's, um…

[Ginger] 06:22:57

For so many friends around me,

[Ginger] 06:22:59

even at my age, they don't want to live longer for… they have seen so much sufferings. They are in their lives, just

[Ginger] 06:23:09

is what I did before, but…

[Ginger] 06:23:11

But now, I really want to live as long as you do, because…

[Ginger] 06:23:16

Someone said the example for me. I finally know

[Ginger] 06:23:21

It's a way… it… there's some possibility that I really can get there.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:23:25

Okay. And fuckin'.

[Ginger] 06:23:27

So, this is really fun to explore what could happen.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:23:28

Thank you.

[Ginger] 06:23:33

Uh, before, uh, in, in…

[Ginger] 06:23:35

In front of me. So…

[Ginger] 06:23:39

Um, I think, uh…

[Ginger] 06:23:41

What drives me forward?

[Ginger] 06:23:45

on one hand, it is curiosity about

[Ginger] 06:23:48

been a centrist, and on the other hand, it's because we now have the

[Ginger] 06:23:54

technology to support us to reach for

[Ginger] 06:23:57

that age, and…

[Ginger] 06:23:59

And just now, you said,

[Ginger] 06:24:02

the ages, the disease,

[Ginger] 06:24:04

Yeah, this line is really famous around some of my friends' circle, because they do the generative medicine, and

[Ginger] 06:24:15

two years before they invited me to be their consultant,

[Ginger] 06:24:20

to help them promote their generative medicine, like stem cell.

[Ginger] 06:24:25

Uh, like, um…

[Ginger] 06:24:28

The umbilical

[Ginger] 06:24:30

uh, cell, uh, which can be used in…

[Ginger] 06:24:34

our body to inject in our body to make our… feel rejuvenated. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:24:38

Okay?

[Ginger] 06:24:41

This is so much fun!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:24:41

Thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:24:43

Okay, thank you, Ginger.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:23

Okay? So it's relevant to you regardless of whether you're gonna…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:28

go for that. Okay, uh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:31

And the other thing is,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:33

You might say, well…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:35

I don't think there's much chance, and there may not be much chance, but ask yourself this question.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:40

If you were willing to go for it, and if you were willing to do as much as you could, or were willing to do in terms of keeping yourself as healthy as you can until then,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:50

Can you actually say that there's not… there's not…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:54

That there's no chance, like, it's a 100% chance that you're gonna die before the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:00

The LAV arrive? Uh… I mean, if you can say that, okay, fine, it's… that's your assessment.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:06

But I doubt that maybe even Dorothy, I don't think, can say that for sure.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:10

You know? That if she keeps herself…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:15

you know, it's good shape that…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:18

There's an absolute 100% chance that she can't make it, okay? And I don't know, you'd have to make your own assessment there, Dorothy. Okay, and Dorothy's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:26

You know, up there above the rest of us at 99, you know, since you mean 94.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:34

Uh, but boy, she's still learning, and she's got a… I mean, it's amazing. I mean, I've been talking with her a while. She's just amazing.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:41

a lady, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:44

But, of course, the question is…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:47

There's the what, and there's the how, and there's the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:50

And there's a Y.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:53

And, uh, let's look at the why first.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:55

Hey, if you're enjoying life, who wants to live?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:17:59

You know? I mean, maybe you're just… a lot of people are just waiting, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:04

Till they die, okay? So, like she… like…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:10

I've asked people, how long would you like to live? And some of them say, well,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:14

Uh, 85, whatever, say, well, let's imagine that somehow, at 85, you were as young as… you looked as young as you do now, you have the energy you do now, da-da-da, and you could be… and you were really happy as you are now? Would you then say, okay, I'm 85, time to go?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:31

I don't think, maybe you take… may say, but maybe one more year, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:35

Maybe one more year, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:37

So this whole idea that you want to live, you know, you don't want to live past a certain age,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:44

is based upon the idea of what it's been like to live past that, you know? My grandmother was

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:50

Eight years bedridden for the last

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:53

8 years of her life, you know, virtually no, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:18:57

Um, I mean, my mother loved her to death, and she said it would have been better for her if she died 8 years earlier, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:04

And by the way, just so you… I've got my backup plan, I've got some phenobarbital. I'm not…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:10

Yeah, I'm intending not to have to use that, you know? But if I get to a point where, uh, okay, I don't see any prospect of that,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:18

then I'm gonna be out of here. But…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:22

But Iran takes his chance to count our birthdays in terms of centuries, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:27

Uh, so that's the what. But the how, okay, there's how. Okay, what do you… how do you eat?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:33

Um, you know, and, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:36

I'm sorry, what? Let's skip over the what. Like, what do you do in order to do that? You know, what do you take advantage of in terms of…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:44

Like, um, uh, how you eat, and everything else. Like, that's the what.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:50

to stay in the best health, the best vitality,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:55

Uh, even the best energy, and um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:19:58

And to… to have that…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:00

be a possibility. And then there's next is

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:04

The how, because we can know all these things. Oh, yes, I sort of know how to eat.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:09

But who wants to eat that way? You know?

[David Kurz] 06:20:12

Uh-huh.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:13

You know? It's like, uh, the joke by Woody Allen, he said, well, yeah, I know how I could probably eat to live to 100, but who'd want to live to 100 if you had to eat that way?

[David Kurz] 06:20:14

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:24

You know? There's real truth to that, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:28

But I'm saying it's possible, if you… if you…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:32

So, I… as a lot of you know me well, I focus on…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:36

Enjoying the journey. Like, the… if you're gonna set a goal, if you're gonna say, I want to go from here,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:43

The first thing you do is that you don't just set the goal and expect yourself to be able to take the steps, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:50

that you're not… probably not want to take when it gets time to take it, like, to eat.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:55

eat this way, or, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:20:57

That, uh, but if to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:01

Set down how… when the time comes to eat that way, or do it this way, how can you enjoy the process of that? How is that going to be really okay for you?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:11

to enjoy the journey of it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:12

Because if you're not enjoying the journey of doing this,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:15

I mean, that's the purpose of life, fundamentally,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:18

to enjoy… to be happy, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:20

And it's going to be very difficult to do anything consistently.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:26

Unless you find ways to enjoy it. And we're going to be talking about some of that today.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:21:31

Um, so, before I continue, any

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:20

talk about this con… it's called…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:22

And what the idea is, you know…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:26

If you go back to the 1990s, or before, you know, the average lifespan back there was about 40.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:33

You know? And what we mainly did is we knocked out most of the childhood diseases, and that mostly pushed up the age, but then now we're dying of these chronic stuff instead of the acute stuff.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:44

You know? And so, the next step is the actual

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:50

possibility of reversing the aging, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:52

And, um, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:55

But in general, though, science and technology so far, maybe you could say roughly every year that passes, maybe one or two months are added to the general lifespan of people on Earth.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:06

general life… healthy lifespan.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:08

But that is increasing. So, especially with the AI coming in, and all sorts of other things coming in,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:15

It's accelerating, like, exponentially, so that at some point,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:20

In the future, you know, this is…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:22

This is what we don't know about, how far away this is. There's become a year where the advances

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:29

In one year,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:31

add one year, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:34

And after that, even more. Okay, but so if… if we can, if any one of us can be a live…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:42

fairly healthy when that year comes, whenever it is.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:47

Ben, Ben, hey,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:48

We still need to take care of ourselves, okay? But then it makes a lot of sense, you know, because then they're even going to get to the point of being

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:12:58

reversing aging, not just stopping it, but reversing it, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:03

And, uh… so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:06

Some people, the most optimistic people, predict the LEV,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:11

We'll arrive by 2030.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:14

You know, just 5 years from now. That's the most optimistic.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:18

Ray Kirzweil is the most optimistic of all the people who talk about this possibility.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:24

Others, you know, we're not so sure. It could be

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:26

10 years out, 15 years out, even more, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:30

We don't know. When that, if you will, when that… I call it the LAV train. When it's going to arrive, and we can… it can possibly get on it if we're…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:40

It was still available then to get on it, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:44

Uh, so… so that's why it makes…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:47

It's like… it's not just like a fantasy

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:50

It makes… it's like… it's not just like a fantas

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:51

That people thought, or or this is grounded in.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:13:56

Science, and just the fact that. That short of total world collapse. Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:05

That in the history things have just gotten in general, better and better and better.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:10

Ok, and more and more.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:16

1,960.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:18

World population 60. The world population was about 3 billion people.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:23

And have over 50% of the people in the world were on the edge of starvation. Then.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:29

Today we got 8 billion plus and less than 10% on the edge of starvation.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:34

但是type of of progress it just continues and continues and continues, okay。

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:40

In general.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:44

像。That's one reason。I say this is possible。

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:49

and. So if you want to look at this for yourself, even.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:54

What way i have to say today would apply to just have it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:14:57

I don't know whether i you know i could be.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:00

I could, no matter what i'm in the. Put, i mean for 81.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:05

Pretty

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:07

pretty much of the people I personally know about, I'm the healthiest person I know about, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:12

Um, and so… but I can still…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:15

I might not make it 5 more years, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:17

Working on this stuff, whatever I'm gonna do today, calls

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:21

There's a lot we already know that if we just do it,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:25

Today,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:29

We have a much better chance of getting to that point where we can catch CLEV.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:34

train, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:37

But for the… for the younger of you, probably you don't have to worry so much about this, but for

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:43

you know, me,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:46

Dorothy, Paula, maybe Frank, you know, for a bed, you know, for…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:15:50

Yep.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:52

Well, I mean, we're in the category where it's much… there's a likelihood of us

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:15:57

Uh, I'm kicking the bucket is more than…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:00

Then red and Henry, uh, some others down there, you know.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:16:04

Yep.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:05

Oh, and Singer, yes.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:07

But regardless of that, regardless of whether we become a centrist, so to speak,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:16:15

You know, just the stuff that I'm gonna share with you today will make all the difference in the quality of your life while we are alive.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:43

The idea of a centrist is someone who thinks

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:47

There is some chance to, like, live happily and vitally,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:53

to one century, and then even two centuries, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:57

Not an absolute chance, but a chance, you know? And, uh, I'm going to share the reasons why today that's actually possible.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:06

In a way that it was never possible before for a lot of us.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:11

Hello, bud! Okay, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:12

Hello, Anne.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:16

Uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:17

So, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:21

And also, any of you, of course, we're all… I'm in contact with all of you, so there may be some points I make, you know, that you'd like fuller explanation on.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:30

If there are, just, uh, we may not have time to go into it during this

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:35

You know, hour, but you contact me later, you know, don't worry, uh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:40

I take care of myself. You just use me.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:43

for anything more that you'd like to know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:46

So, I want to share first my vision of being a centrist, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:52

And I put this to music using incredible AI app called Sooner.com, and

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:05:59

And I created the lyrics for it, so I'm gonna share that.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:03

Um, it's hopefully the sound and everything, uh, shares good here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:08

Um, and, uh, go over to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:14

Let's see, go to here…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:16

And then go to… okay, here we are.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:20

And…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:42

At the crossroads of time.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:46

Where dreams do abide

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:49

I stand with a heart

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:52

That's so open wide

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:56

In my journey thus far.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:06:59

A tapestry rich.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:03

Growing and learning.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:05

It's never a bitch.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:08

It's just the beginning!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:10

Get in!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:12

And oh, what a star!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:12

I know what a style.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:16

Vibrant and bright!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:16

I said, I am right!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:18

It's my word!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:19

It's my work, I've had.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:22

Uh, architecturish die, um… I embrace every day.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:23

Tourist I am.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:24

I am embrace every day In pursuit of longevity.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:29

pursuit of longevity.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:32

Well, on my way…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:32

I'm well on my way

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:36

With each passing year, more vitality new. There's youth in my step, and each morning, too.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:42

with wisdom acquired and science

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:51

Approaching a century!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:07:57

stars! Just a milestone ahead!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:06

We're just starting

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:08

In future sweet dance

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:11

Loving my living.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:14

I'm taking my steps

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:36

I live by example.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:39

With youthful glee

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:42

A 3-year-old spirit.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:49

Journey of life.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:54

What a child.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:08:56

Exploring and learning

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:14

Ta-da!

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:09:16

Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:17

And, um, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:20

Um, let's talk a little bit about

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:24

Is this even possible? You know, it's like, people say, you know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:29

Um, I mean…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:30

Yeah, it's… there's no guarantees, there's no guarantees any of us are going to live past tomorrow, right? Okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:36

But most of us, most of our life, we've made a certain basic assumption that other things being equal, we're going to live to 80 or 90 or whatever. Well, that can possibly change, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:48

And one reason it can change is billions and billions and billions of dollars.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:54

are being put into…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:09:57

that they… reversing one single disease.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:00

The disease of aging.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:05

Aging is a disease that makes most other diseases, like…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:10

Heart disease and cancer and all that, much more likely or possible.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:15

Okay? Like, I think something… rough statistic, if, like,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:19

If you're… if you're 20… compared to your chance of getting cancer at 25,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:26

Excuse me, at 65 is 50 times more than your chance of getting cancer at 25.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:32

Okay, that's just because of the environment of aging. So if you can… if you can slow down

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:38

Stop, reverse, even reverse aging.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:42

Then, hey, it doesn't guarantee anything, absolutely, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:47

But it, uh… but all those, uh, the chances then become

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:52

It really makes sense. Oh my god, it's possible! I could count my birthdays in terms of not just one century,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:10:58

But two centuries through centuries or more, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:02

Okay? Uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:04

And… but… can it really happen?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:08

Um, there's something called the LEV, or Longevity Escape Velocity.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:11:14

The people who are involved with the idea of actually stopping and maybe even reversing aging,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:04

Okay.

[David Kurz] 06:00:07

That's… that's fantastic!

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:00:07

Hi! It's so easy to look for…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:00:10

ill-familiar. Um, my, uh, daughter lives in, uh,

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:00:14

Uh, well, near Salt Lake. Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:16

Okay, and then we have Frank Jorgensen here. He's joining us from, uh, West Virginia.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:00:23

Oh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:23

Frank is the oldest friend. I know him from high school that we've been in touch with all our life, pretty much. Right, Frank?

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:00:33

Yeah, yep, so I'm 74, Dwight's 80, and we've known each other since…

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:00:39

4, 5, 6, 8 years old, or whatever.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:42

Well, when you were that old, I was a bit older then, because he… and um…

[David Kurz] 06:00:43

Fantastic.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:00:45

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:47

And here's Dorothy. She's gonna be, uh, she's representing our, uh, little bit… she's 94, and she's learning and growing, it's just amazing, you know?

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:00:55

Okay,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:58

And then, um, David's here, and, uh, Rocky, he's, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:02

He's from Kuming, China, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:04

We've got some… we're gonna wait until maybe around

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:08

5 after, before we jump in to

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:09

make sure as many people come as possible, Frank, okay?

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:01:13

Okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:14

Alright? And here's Ginger, also from China. Hello, Ginger!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:20

Your audio's off, Ginger.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:22

And that'll actually audio off will be a little bit better later, maybe, when I…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:27

I'm, uh, mostly talking.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:29

Uh, and there's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:32

Red, I think he's from China also.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:37

Uh, and there's Paula Nesbitt, she's from the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:41

You're near Utah, aren't you, Paula?

[David Kurz] 06:01:43

Oh, I know Paula. I know Paula.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:45

Oh, you… Oh!

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:01:45

Ogden, Utah. Oh, wow!

[David Kurz] 06:01:47

Hey, Paula, how you doing?

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:01:47

Oh, hi, David!

[David Kurz] 06:01:49

Yeah!

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:01:49

Oh my gosh, wow! Oh, yay!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:01:51

Bill White! Bill White there from Arizona! Okay!

[David Kurz] 06:01:55

So that's actually great!

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:01:56

Yahoo! Oh, wow, that's extraordinary!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:00

And, uh, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:02

Um, so, uh…

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:02:03

Did you tell them that I'm already 100 years old?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:08

I don't… no, I don't think you… I… Dorothy here is 94.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:16

So, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:18

And, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:20

Hmm. All right, a few more minutes, and then we'll jump in.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:26

Red, are you, uh, are you there? I see you're… I don't… your audio's off.

[Red] 06:02:35

behind, right? I'm here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:36

Oh, okay. What city are you in, Red?

[Red] 06:02:40

Uh, now I'm in my hometown in, uh, in Taishan, uh, Shandong Province.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:45

Shandong Province. Okay, alright, okay.

[Red] 06:02:46

in China. Yeah.

[Red] 06:02:49

Yeah, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:50

And bud hazel corn from his… he's our representative from the Philippines.

[Red] 06:02:56

Oh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:02:57

Okay.

[Red] 06:02:58

Okay, nice to see you guys. Hi.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:00

Yeah. Hello, bud.

[Red] 06:03:03

And nice to see you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:04

Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:06

All right.

[Red] 06:03:06

Hmm.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:08

Um, so I think…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:10

We're gonna go ahead and get… there'll be other people, I think, coming in, but we're gonna go ahead and get started.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:15

I'm going to also, um… I'm doing a transcript on this, which I hope to save and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:21

be available for sharing, but I'm also going to do a recording.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:27

And, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:30

Um,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:31

So, we got that going.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:33

And, um, so as… and so we… and we…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:38

probably gonna have a representative in Vietnam, a lady I met recently, her name is

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:45

1, okay? And so we'll have four countries here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:50

So, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:52

Uh, so let's see, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:03:55

By the way, this is going to be regular now. Generally speaking, the second, uh, Saturday or Sunday of the month.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:02

So you can put it on your calendar or tell yourself.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:06

Tell your friends about that later.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:09

Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:12

Some of you have been on this before, so you sort of know the format of it, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:17

Basically, it's a lot of stuff that I'm discovered, learned, sharing, doing,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:24

that I think can make a difference, uh, not only in your… in your

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:30

Uh, health,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:31

You know, and vitality, no matter how long you live.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:34

But also, we're going to talk about the possibility of what I call being a sensuist.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:04:40

And this is a term that I coined, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:38

to, uh, to comment, especially at the end, okay?

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:41

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, I'll listen if I need to.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:43

Good, good.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:46

Okay, yeah, sure. Okay, well, yeah, that's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:49

That'll be primarily it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:51

Um, so, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:54

Yeah, and I'm going to be doing the, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:58

recording, and also a transcript, too, so I can share it later.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:59

Oh, okay.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:04

Okay, okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:04

And, um…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:07

Well, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:07

let's…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:10

I didn't expect to be able to get you that quickly.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:14

Yeah, well, that's good, and uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:18

Uh, generally,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:19

In most cases, uh, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:22

Uh, before time is better than after time, you know?

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:27

Okay, uh, the thing is, I have you in contact.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:30

I think David puts you there, so… so I went to do the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:32

Good.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:36

recent, uh, phone calls, and then under that, it says contact.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:41

Okay.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:41

that I could get to. So therefore, I was able to get you just that easily.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:46

Good. Excellent. Good.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:48

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:50

All right, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:51

It's, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:53

Almost 6 a.m. here.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:56:56

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:57

I think I already told you I'm a…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:56:59

I'm a real early bird. I get up at 2 a.m. every morning.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:57:03

Uh-huh. But I… I get up that early, but then I go back to sleep after 2 or 3 hours.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:11

Rocky! Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:14

Rocky, I thought you were going to be taking care of your wife. How is she?

[Rocky] 05:57:22

Faye Steaker.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:22

Rocky… Hello, Rocky.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:24

Um, how is your wife?

[Rocky] 05:57:27

Hello?

[Rocky] 05:57:30

She got a code.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:32

Cold, okay. All right, well, I'm very happy, happy that you're…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:37

You're able to make it anyway, at least.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:39

For now, right?

[Rocky] 05:57:43

Oh, uh, I'm glad to see you.

[Rocky] 05:57:46

But I think I can just leave in this meeting, cannot speak, uh,

[Rocky] 05:57:52

so much.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:57:53

Okay, of course, yes. Well, most of it, I'm going to be sharing, and there'll be a chance, so…

[Rocky] 05:58:00

Okay, thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:00

But to share later, okay? And we have, uh, we have Dorothy here from the USA. She's… I think she's going to be, um, our, uh…

[Rocky] 05:58:02

Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:10

Our, um, how can I say, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:13

She's 94… she's 94 years old, okay? So…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:58:15

Oldest.

[Rocky] 05:58:19

Wow.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:20

So… and she's still learning and growing, she's just, uh, just… she really inspires me, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:27

And, uh,

[Rocky] 05:58:28

Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:29

And, uh, Rocky, uh, is, uh, in China, in Kunming, China,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:34

And I… I was actually invited to speak at his wedding, you know?

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:58:35

Oh, okay.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:58:40

Oh! Great!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:41

And now, uh, how old is your son, Rocky?

[Rocky] 05:58:47

36.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:48

6 years old, now I have a 6-year-old son, yes.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:53

No. And, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:58:55

And Rocky also was my assistant, uh, sometime when I was in China, too.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:59:01

Uh-oh.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:01

So, uh, he's been really helpful in my life, you know?

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:59:06

Yeah, sounds a lot.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:07

Mm-hmm.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:09

And, uh, Rocky, we have other people from the U.S., also from China, and uh… so we'll probably wait as late as…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:17

Possibly 5 after, before we, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:20

Officially jump in, regardless of…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:23

whether other people are here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:33

There's David Kurtz, hello guy. Your audio's off.

[David Kurz] 05:59:41

Happy birthday!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:41

And you're… yeah. And you're in, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:45

Salt Lake City area, is that right?

[David Kurz] 05:59:47

I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:49

Okay, okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:51

Well, we have, uh, Dorothy here, she's going to be our…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:54

poster child, she's 94, and she's in, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:59:58

Where's that? Virginia, Maryland?

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:00:00

Near Pittsburgh, Moon Township.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:00:01

Pittsburgh… Pittsburgh, okay.

[David Kurz] 06:00:04

Wow. Nice meeting you, Dorothy.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:07

Hello?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:19

Captions.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:43

Wow, you're the first one, lady!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:49

Good to see you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:52

Well, your audio is off.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:54:56

Okay. Yeah, sometime maybe when, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:00

Yeah, okay, good. Good to see you, and we're waiting for some other people. There'll be people here from…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:07

Uh, USA, from China…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:09

Uh, maybe… maybe one guy from Philippines and one woman from Vietnam, so we'll…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:10

Oh.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:17

Oh, okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:17

We'll see. We'll see. So…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:19

Yeah, okay. Well, David, um, gave me some…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:25

some information on this. The main thing is I want to just learn and see first.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:30

you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 05:55:30

Okay, okay. Well, I'll be doing most of the talking and sharing, and there'll be a chance for people to…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 05:55:35

Yeah.

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:27:19

And, uh, so, you know, the question's not gonna be about our body, the research is going to be, you know, people discovering we're not our bodies, I think is the direction it'll go in the future.

[Paula Naisbitt] 06:27:30

Okay? Like, who we are is something way different than the body, and I'll be quiet now. Thank you. Dorothy.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:27:31

Okay, thank you, Paula.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:27:36

Okay, thank… thank you, Paula. Dorothy.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:27:38

Okay, yeah, okay. Um, my mother came from Warsaw, Poland, and uh, the… happy birthday song is, uh,

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:27:47

So lots, so lot, which means 100 years, 100 years. Uh, so whenever we had birthdays that was sung, and uh…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:27:57

And she was concerned about eating properly,

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:01

So we kind of got…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:04

The thing that happened with me is I put on a lot of weight gradually, um, to 287.5.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:17

pounds, okay? And I was diagnosed with diabetes, and I was at 75 years of age, and I, um…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:29

decided then and there I would stop eating sugar, because I did like my sugar.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:35

And, uh, I lost… in 15 years, I lost 150 pounds.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:28:42

Wow.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:42

151. And so I'm… I actually went down to 141 at one point.

[David Kurz] 06:28:45

Wow. Wow.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:28:49

Okay.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:49

So, as far as eating,

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:52

I feel much better eating a healthy…

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:28:56

food, rather than eating the things that taste good, but feel yucky afterwards.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:03

Yes, yes. Thank you, Dorothy. That is so great. Let's conti- let's continue.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:29:04

Yep.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:09

Because we got a lot, and then we'll have more time at the end, okay? Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:13

So, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:16

We're going to share some, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:18

There's a video that I just watched on YouTube

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:22

that, um, it's, uh, that…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:25

It's called… um, wait, I need to share the screen just a second here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:30

to share the screen again.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:33

Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:35

So, it's called, uh… this is in my… I posted this on my website, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:40

Although it links to YouTube, so the people in China might have trouble with it if they don't have a VPN.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:46

But it's called… this is by the Royal Institution. This is a talk, very professional talk done.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:53

at the Royal Institute in Britain.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:29:56

And this woman is a scientist, and she's got a 50s…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:01

3-minute talk about can we control aging?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:04

decoding Aging, and it's… I mean, it doesn't give you any specific necessary things you can do now,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:11

But it really shows that we're on the edge. She's reporting on some very

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:18

fundamental scientific breaks, possible breakthroughs that are right around the corner that she's

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:26

or self… got our boots on the ground in actually doing it, okay? So that's, um, that happens to be on my, uh, website, or you can go to YouTube, and if you, if you probably, uh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:36

search for that, you'd find it, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:38

Um, so that's, that's the first thing.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:41

The next thing I want to share is my own

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:45

I talked about enjoying the process, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:49

So, um, because if you don't enjoy the stuffer, if you enjoy… if you don't enjoy your eating, you know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:30:56

Um, but… now, I'm not saying you would necessarily enjoy this, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:01

But…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:03

Okay…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:05

But I, you know, I got my kitchen stocked.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:10

Oh, this is an important thing about your environment, you know? I mean, sure, sometimes I get those cravings, you know, oh, I can… and if I had ice cream in the freezer, I would eat it. I'm sorry, I just don't have enough willpower to not eat that ice cream in the refrigerator.

[David Kurz] 06:31:25

Right.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:25

But guess what? I don't… I don't put ice cream in my refrigerator. I've got frozen blueberries in my fridge… refrigerator, in my freezer, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:33

You know, so I want… I want something sweet. Guess what? I take out those frozen blueberries, I take out some frozen raspberries you see there,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:42

And I, uh, you know, put them on the microwave.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:47

Minners, like, about a minute or so to get them a bit thawed. You know, I put some… I sprinkle,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:52

some powdered stevia. This… I've got a sweet tooth, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:31:58

And so I… and Stevia is, hey, sweet enough to me, and it's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:03

It's no calorie, and it's natural. I don't know of any scientific studies, like some of the other things that show that these artificial splinters can be damaging to you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:12

So, uh, and then I put the unsweetened soy milk on it, put that in. Wow, I'm in the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:19

I think I probably… if I had a choice, even if there was ice cream there, I'd probably choose this one, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:24

Just, uh, if I didn't even have to worry about the health part, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:29

And then over here, by the way, I mean, most of you know I'm Whole Foods vegan, okay? And, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:35

And I have good… we can… another time, if you want to discuss it, I have…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:39

pretty good reason to believe that that's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:42

Uh, the, the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:43

the best… the best…

[henry pan] 06:32:43

Hey guys, hi-Chung.

[henry pan] 06:32:45

Thank you. Say again.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:48

Uh, hey, hey, somebody needs to… somebody… somebody needs to, uh, put their…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:54

put themselves on mute. I'm hearing…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:32:59

Um, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:01

But, um, here in this dish, I keep… I put… I mix up about

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:07

Uh, I've got, like, a mixture of, like, 10 dried beans, whatever, and then I've soaked them for 2 hours, then I throw them in my Instant Pot pressure cooker,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:17

you know, 30 minutes later, they're perfectly cooked, and I always keep these batch of pre-cooked…

[henry pan] 06:33:23

Oh, perfect for me.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:26

Just a second, let me see who this and see if I can put them on mute.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:33:29

That's Henry Pan.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:31

Okay, so, okay, so I…

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:33:33

Oh, there we go.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:34

Thank you, thank you. And, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:38

So, uh, so I always have others in the fridge. I also have black rice.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:44

Black rice is the healthiest grain you can eat, and I've got that, and I have that pre-cooked, so I put… have some black rice in there, too.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:33:51

And then, out of my freezer, I had some string beans. You can see the frozen string beans in there. You know, I did put a little bit of

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:01

corn in there. I'd, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:03

Potatoes used to be my comfort food. There's a little bit of potato in there, just white potato, but pre-cooked, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:11

It's the unhealthiest ingredient inside there.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:16

Except for perhaps spices, because I do allow myself a little leeway on the spices that I put some… there's some hot sauce in there.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:24

like a teriyaki type of sauce that has a little bit of…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:29

a sweetener in there. And then I heat that up, and I mix it up,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:34

And that is so delicious to me, okay? And so filling, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:39

And then I'm… I got my e-reader, so I'm usually reading while I'm eating, too.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:44

So, so I may, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:46

So that's, uh, that's, that's important there, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:50

And then I just wanted to show…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:34:53

I have this powdered stevia about it. I was having trouble getting just the right amount, because it's very strong, you know, in terms of sweetener. You can have too much, or…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:01

So I actually got a, like, a salt shaker, and I put the powdered stevia in it so it was easy to just…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:07

Sprinkle just the right amount on something when I want to sweeten it, okay? Again, making it convenient and easy.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:14

to eat this healthy way. Your environment.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:17

And then, um, then I want to talk about…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:20

What I've discovered for me, Frank, and I totally understand, and it makes total sense to him,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:26

with him, right, he's gotten the GL1 route, and by the way, I did research the GL1, and one of the great things about GL1, it seems to be healthy for a lot of other reasons, not just losing weight, you know? Like, it has other health benefits. And by the way, in that RI Institute,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:43

Uh, thing, the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:45

Even though the lady acknowledged there was some possible downsides to the GL1 drugs,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:50

There's a lot of benefits, even outside of…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:55

the weight loss, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:35:56

But I've discovered a way, uh, relatively recently, that works for me. I call it the coffee diet.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:04

And I've found that if I…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:08

eat pretty much 2 meals a day.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:10

I can… I can lose weight, or I can maintain my weight.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:14

Okay? And so, I get up at 2 AM, as a lot of you know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:19

And so I get my cup of coffee, and every two to three hours, I have another cup of coffee.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:24

And I can… I can cut my hunger. It will cut my hunger.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:28

As long as I keep having… until I usually have my first meal around 10, 10.30 a.m., okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:35

And then, since I go to bed around 6 PM, I usually have my last meal around

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:41

4.30 or 5 p.m., okay? Which is, uh, I'm not hungry again till then, if… since I had my first meal at…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:47

Like, 10, 30, 11 p.m. And if I need a little snack of fruit, something like that. But that way, I'm able…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:54

So, this coffee diet just works

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:57

perfectly for me, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:36:59

And, um, so that's, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:02

Uh, that's that part. And so now let's talk…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:06

About…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:10

So we take…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:11

This is the why, like, the why to live. You know, why would you want to? Like, we gotta enjoy our life, we gotta, you know…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:19

Oh my god, wouldn't it be great if I could have another day of living the way I live, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:24

And so, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:28

Um, this is… by the way, I'm getting into my own individual situation. You gotta listen to what, like, what turns you on.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:35

But, you know, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:38

I… I'm very happy by myself,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:41

But I…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:43

I really like women, and when I can have a girlfriend in my life, God, that makes a difference, especially, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:50

Especially, uh, I have to admit it, a younger, a younger girl friend, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:37:55

So, I'm very lucky now, three and a half months, I can say I have an amazing girlfriend.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:02

Her name is Hannah. She's learning English, but we're using

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:07

We're actually using ChatGPT to translate for us.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:12

does a pretty good job, you know, in voice. But she sent me this video of herself,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:18

You know, he climbed up in a guava tree, and this video just so captures that

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:24

Innocence and that joy that just…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:27

This makes me so inspired to be with her, you know? And it's a short video, I'll just share that with you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:37

So, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:39

A friend, I think, I took this, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:42

You know, I think what I have to do is refresh this, or it's not gonna, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:38:47

Not gonna play.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:09

Uh, no, I'm that guy. No, don't come in.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:17

So she's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:19

She starts to come down, but then she sees some more guava to pick, and so she goes back up.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:36

Don't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:46

Okay, so, um,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:50

Now, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:52

The next thing is, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:55

Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:58

That, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:39:59

One of the things that…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:01

I don't know if you know about HIIT.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:05

It's called High Intensity Interval Training.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:08

And I'm gonna take this off, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:10

screen share for a moment. And…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:16

These are backed up by clinical… by studies, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:19

You know, the standard way of exercising, recommendations for exercising is

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:24

30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, moderately intense exercise, and you can stay in good shape, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:30

But they did a study where they had one group of people, another group of people, you know, randomly selected, and they were measured their health level. They weren't in such good health in terms of, like, their…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:43

All the measurements you can do. And then they put

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:46

The first group of people on the standard exercise program, you know, 30 minutes a day,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:51

100, you know, totally 150 minutes a week.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:54

Then they put the others on what's called high intensity.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:40:57

And on that one, you do something that's

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:00

super high intensity, like 20 seconds.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:03

Totally full out. Totally full out. Totally full out, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:07

Only certain types of exercises, you can do that, okay? Like, uh, maybe a stationary bicycle, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:15

And then you stop and you rest.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:17

And then you go back and you do it another 20 seconds, and you stop and you rest,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:21

And you go back another 20 seconds. So you do it 3 times for 1 minute.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:25

For the day, okay? And you do that Monday,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:29

Wednesday, Friday. So, it's 3 minutes a week.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:33

If you will, that you're exercising. And then they… and so they had the two groups, and then after… after 6 weeks or 8 weeks, or whatever, they stopped,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:41

They measured the fitness level of the two groups, and they found that they were roughly equal.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:48

Okay? Okay, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:41:51

I mean, some people really love those 150 minutes a week. That's great, okay? Maybe I could even get into loving it, I don't know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:00

And… but I've, um… it took me a bit to… I did use a…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:05

stationary bicycle for a while.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:07

But I didn't… somehow I wanted to find something new, so I found a fair something. If I just… if I just have weights in my hand, I chose 3 kilograms weight,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:17

And I go as fast as I can, like this…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:20

For 20 seconds. I mean, I tell you what, 20 seconds, I really want to stop it after that.

[Frank Jorgensen] 06:42:25

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:25

Uh, but I'll just… I'll just show you a 7-second clip of this, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:32

And, uh, where are we here? Okay.

[Rich Sims] 06:42:40

Where are your water bottles at? Second floor? Um, so, is it… what kind of are you looking for? Like, a Yeti, or like…

[Rich Sims] 06:42:47

I want… oh, just something like that. Yeah, but it's gotta be like this, not the shorter one. 16 ounces. It says 15.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:48

A place… please turn your audio off.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:51

Please turn your…

[Rich Sims] 06:42:55

It says 16, and then there's a little more.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:42:57

Let me… let me see if I can…

[Rich Sims] 06:42:58

Okay, so either…

[Rich Sims] 06:43:00

Trying to think here. So, I know there's a big section of water bottles, like, right in the middle, right over here, but I think it's bigger ones.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:00

Just a second. See if it…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:03

get that… get… get that…

[Rich Sims] 06:43:06

So then we might have the smaller ones for, like, biking over in that left corner.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:08

Let me see…

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:43:09

I think you can mute everybody yourself.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:12

Hello! Hello, can you please turn your audio off?

[Rich Sims] 06:43:14

Okay, if…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:16

Thank you. Can you turn your audio off, please?

[Rich Sims] 06:43:18

I don't… like, I know, like, you're gonna…

[Michael Saperton] 06:43:21

Right? It's Michael. You can… you can go to the participants and mute him.

[Bill White, Tucson] 06:43:21

I don't know who that is.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:26

Well, I'm trying to find out who it is, though.

[Michael Saperton] 06:43:29

You could see his microphone will be oscillating.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:32

Okay, alright, thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:34

Um, alright, so I think it's stop for now.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:38

Alright, um… so, uh, let's go back to the next thing.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:44

is, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:48

All right.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:51

Tiny Tomorrows.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:54

You know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:43:57

Having…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:00

Let me see… I think I had an image for this, just a second.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:05

Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:07

Where are we here? Okay.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:18

Okay. Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:24

You know, I read a lot of books in my life that talk about, put that thing out in front of you that you're really going for, that, you know, that creates, you know, excitement in your life today.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:34

And… but the way they talked about it was, like, a year out, or two years out. I could never get excited about those things. Yeah, I want to have my direction right, you know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:44

But I… so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:47

I can… if I have something, you know…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:50

Today, or a week out, or as much as 2 or 3 months out, but 3 months is about the max.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:44:55

You know, in terms of, like, a goal or some sort of result, or some sort of event I'm gonna go to.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:01

that really gives me juice and jazz, you know? So I call these

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:06

Tiny Tomorrows, you know, that every day you've got those sayings in terms of appointments, or meetings, or things you're looking for, and if you're not looking forward to them, that's the number one thing you do, need to do, is find a way to look forward to all this stuff in your life, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:22

As much as possible, don't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:24

Don't put anything out in front of you that when you think about it, anticipate it, and when you get to that point, you're not going to be happy to do, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:33

Uh, this… as much as possible, we want to stay away from that idea of no pain, no gain, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:40

And so they were really loving what we're looking for. So, having those sayings that you're

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:46

looking forward to. That…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:48

not only do you get those results that can be helpful, but it gives juice… I mean, we human beings…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:56

We're designed

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:45:58

to care about the future.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:01

My cat is not designed that way. She's able to be happy with all…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:06

Somehow, he still survive. But we humans, that's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:11

That's… that's our design. Sure, we need to be happy now and enjoy now.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:16

But we also, to have that sense of aliveness, we need to have those futures.

[Dorothy iPhone 12 mini] 06:46:18

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:21

You know, that we're… they're excited about, we're looking forward to.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:25

You know? So, keep putting those in your life, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:30

Um, like, right now, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:32

I've got a 9… I mean, I've got things every day I'm looking forward to, like a…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:37

Super looking forward to today with you guys, you know, okay? Very exciting.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:42

But also, out next month,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:45

December 20th, I'm flying to Manila, Philippines, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:50

I've got… I'm gonna be there 9 days, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:46:53

And to make it even more interesting, I'm not going to stop my clients, because I love talking with my clients. So, I start with them early in the morning, I'll have my Wi-Fi, I can do everything there in the hotel room, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:06

And so, but they… my clients finish up by 10 a.m., okay? And now…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:11

I put an ad out for some young Philippine… Filipino, uh, women.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:18

to, to, like, maybe college students?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:21

to be my assistants in the afternoon. They beat me at my hotel at

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:26

10 a.m., you know? And then… and then they go with me around wherever, you know, I can pay them

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:31

I think they'll be happy with $3.50 an hour, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:36

And, uh, and then I talk with English, and say, I want to go… what do you suggest, or why don't we go do this, or whatever, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:44

And I'll probably have 2 or 3 of those.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:47

So, I'm so jazzed about this holiday that's coming up, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:52

And so, those futures that you put out in front of you, like that, those are very important.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:47:57

Alright, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:00

Okay, uh, let me share another thing. This is something I discovered recently, just another little… all these little things, you know, they add up, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:08

You know, sleep, good… getting good sleep is incredibly important in terms of how we feel and our health and everything else, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:16

So, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:20

How to move this, okay? Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:25

So I…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:27

I'd read about something called a

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:28

Okay, so, this is Ken Lee in.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:31

You say you're busy?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:34

Whitely. A weighted blanket, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:39

Okay, so, this is Ken Lee, and she's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:42

So, this is… I'm just sort of demonstrating this weighted blanket, okay? It's… I don't know what they put in it, but it's pretty heavy. I mean, if it's not over me, I have to use a little effort to get it over me, uh, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:48:55

When I'm getting into bed. But that sense of weight on the body. I don't know what gives a sense of comfort or whatever else,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:02

And at the same time, it does make it warmer, so… and it's really good to sort of sleep in a more cool room, so I do use the air conditioner to get it down to a certain point. I'll just go ahead and play this. It's not very long.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:15

How heavy is that, Kenley?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:18

It's really heavy. I have the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:21

Black Key's bird is not heavier than this. Yeah. So this is called a weighted blanket, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:27

There's been some research that shows it really helps sleeping, and I think I can feel it when I put it over myself at, like…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:33

But I have to turn the air conditioning on, because it gets too warm, so… but actually, that's good, because it shows that it's actually better to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:41

to sleep in a colder room. So, uh, thank you, Kenley.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:49

Okay, but… oh, but I want to go back now. We're talking about loving our life and the journey of our life. So, like, I talk with people

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:49:57

Prioritize a process over any given results.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:02

Okay? And part of that

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:04

I think for most of us, is what I call being leisurely busy.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:08

You know, I ask people,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:11

Uh, hey, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:13

Um, can you do this? They say, oh, I'm too busy. I'm too busy. They're busy, busy.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:17

And it's not like the type of business they like, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:22

I mean, I… so there's something I call leisurely busy, and I created a video about it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:28

Uh, and some lyrics, so I want to share that with you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:37

Looks like I'm gonna have to refresh again.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:53

You say you're busy Rushin' through But deep inside

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:56

rushing through.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:50:59

You fill your days?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:06

And wonder why your joy feels dim.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:11

You over-promised, overplayed.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:14

Ignore the toll that must be paid.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:18

You lie and say it will soon be clear.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:22

Get dragged the same load year to year.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:25

There's always more, another task.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:29

What I have to ask, is this the life I'm

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:31

The Lord just to avoid, I'm overfilled.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:33

Let's go slow, let it see.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:43

You say next time, you say next time

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:51

But who are you and your

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:55

To stop and notice how

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:51:58

You could say no. We draw the lines, reclaim your

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:02

But you keep proven

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:05

Which only proves you are a dog.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:07

Hope and joy will be your doom But sacrificing joy for

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:12

And now your happiness, you'll disappear.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:14

Let's go slow, let it see.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:31

Undo the guilt, the dried up, please. And find your patience.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:38

But leisurely. With space and more.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:42

For now, you know what's truly true, a joyful journey is

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:52:46

I don't know

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:11

Okay…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:13

All right. Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:16

One last thing, I'm gonna go really fast through this, uh, and, uh, in…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:22

Some of you may want to, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:25

You know, get… ask more about it, but, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:29

I, I think I may be able to count a breakthrough that I had about a week and a half ago, is

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:36

is a fundamental breakthrough of my life.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:39

And I'm… I'm the name I'm calling this is, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:45

Uh, Strider and Frisia, uh, into the Cold War.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:50

Okay? And let me explain a little bit.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:53

Um, you know, I've done very well in terms of my now I'm the next enjoying stuff together.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:53:59

You know? But there's been a certain… in certain things in my life, you know, it's like,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:04

Okay, uh, stri… by the way, Mr. Strider, that's the part of me that wants structure,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:12

Planning, goals, results, you know, that's his… he's… his job is the future, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:19

Uh, Frisia, she wants freedom, she wants spontaneity, she just wants to do what she wants to do, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:26

And she's, she's about taking care of now, okay? Well, sometimes,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:32

They're not very happy together, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:36

Maybe Frigia will be get her away, but Strider, even though Strider may not even… may have…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:42

be able to sort of let go of blaming her, but still, he's unhappy there in the background. Guess what? When Snyder's not…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:49

happy, then Frisio can't be totally happy, even if she's doing what she wants to do.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:54:55

Okay? And then Strider, sometimes he just, okay, oh, this is so exciting, okay, I need some more, I want to do more and more things, I'm going to take some of that time away from freezing ya.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:06

You know? Okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:09

at Strider Guy, he can be a…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:11

He just… he doesn't know when to quit!

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:13

You know? So, so both of them have, you know, and they go back and forth. They go back and forth, and this, in some ways,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:22

You know, even though I've solved a lot of this,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:25

Uh, it's been… it's been the story for all my life, and I think most of you can relate to this.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:30

Okay? Um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:32

And so, it's like, I just… I've been talking about this with my assistants and everything for a long time, trying to find a solution to this fundamental problem.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:41

Well, I think it happened a week ago.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:45

Actually, a week ago today.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:47

Last Sunday, okay? I was talking to my assistant, Mia, I said, I just want to let you… just have you listen.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:54

You know? And I looked at two former breakthroughs I had in my life.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:55:59

And, um, one involved a certain urgency, but

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:03

like, it was really urgent, you know, like, if I didn't handle this, I could be damaging my health, you know, and that really got me thinking about it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:11

Now, I realize, well, I can't say this is urgent to get my

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:15

Strider and freesier on the same page, you know, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:18

But long-term, it is urgent, you know, in terms of my happiness and actually maybe even being able to do some things…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:26

I mean, I'm really pretty good, but I could be more…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:30

consistent in certain ways, and stuff that's going to support my longevity and health and everything.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:36

Um, but then another area, this is when I was going back and forth about whether to

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:42

to separate from my second wife.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:46

You know, and I could go back this way, this way, this way… I mean, it's… I just couldn't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:50

I couldn't get a clearer decision, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:53

And finally, I asked myself a question.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:56:56

That once I ask the question and answered it,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:00

The decision was obvious. And the question I asked myself, okay, look, I've been with… I've been with her 5 years. She's tried, I've tried. We've gone to counselors, we've done a lot of stuff. You know, she's changed some.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:11

I've changed some. But still…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:14

I'm not really happy, and she's not really happy, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:17

I'm unhappy that she's happy, and unhappy, and she's…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:20

Probably the other way, too, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:23

So, and sure, possibly there could be a breakthrough, whatever, but I…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:28

You know, but… but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:30

There's a fair good… you know, the best…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:33

Not always, but the best way to predict the future is look at the past, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:38

And so, uh, so, uh, what if this continued? I mean, yeah, better sometimes, worse, but where does this continue for the rest of my life. That's one life.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:47

I could have. The other life is I separate…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:51

Uh, you know, separate…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:53

get our money separate, get divorced. That's another path, okay? Now,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:57

That's much less predictable.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:57:59

Okay? That's a whole new life, that's a whole new environment, you know, when you're…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:04

Uh, not living with somebody, and you don't have to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:08

work with them on everything, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:10

And so, and I lived by myself before. I know there's no problem with that, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:17

But when I saw that life, and I considered what that life could be,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:22

No-brainer! You know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:25

Of course, you know, from that moment,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:28

I was no longer married. I mean, yes, I had a lot of stuff to do to get… and my wife didn't know yet.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:33

There were no… there were no longer married, but in my mind, it's complete. It was complete. It wasn't finished, but it was complete, okay, from that moment.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:40

Okay? And then I just committed myself to have a great divorce.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:44

Okay? So, I looked at that. How did I solve that? So, I brought that back to my current issue about this, okay, here is…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:53

Now, unlike

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:55

with my wife, we could separate.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:58:58

Strider and Frisia cannot separate.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:02

You know, they're in me. There's always… we all have…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:08

We all have the Strider part.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:10

You know, which I call the next part, and we all have the freezier part.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:15

And they both are trying to do good things for us, you know? But they go at loggerheads, you know, and sometimes…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:23

Freeze is dominating, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:26

Back and forth. So,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:27

I pretty much know what that… if that continues, what that's gonna be like, right?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:33

And then I pretty much know…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:35

Uh, like, I have pretty good sense. Well, what if they could… sure, Strider's gonna have to compromise.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:43

Freezy is going to have to compromise to come to some sort of stuff so they're not…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:48

Like, keep, like…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:50

This one dominates that one, then that dominates that one, you know? But they… that they, hey, we're…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 06:59:55

You know, sure, we got… we got different intentions. It's like, uh, the finance department and the sales department at a company. Sometimes they're going head-to-head.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:06

But they both serve the company, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:09

I'm sure they're going to have different intentions, different things that they are trying to maximize.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:13

But work together, guys, you know? Well, same idea with…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:18

Strider and freesia.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:20

So I didn't know exactly what that was going to look like, but it's obvious.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:25

That's the future I want, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:28

I don't… you know, I can't… I can't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:32

Uh, I've lived the other way, I know how it is, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:34

Uh, and I'm already happy, but that's just gonna really add to it.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:39

And so, it becomes obvious then. So, it's just, like, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:44

Um, no-brainer, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:45

Of course, the how-tos, you know, the question, because just like when I decided to get divorced, there was a lot of how-tos I didn't even know yet.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:52

You know? That had to be figured out.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:00:55

So, of course, this is not getting divorced, but it's, like, actually the opposite of, like,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:00

Tearing down that fence, where on this side is Strider's domain, and that side's, uh, and then Frisius keeps going under the Strider's domain, and the Strider pushes it back into, you know,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:12

To actually tear down that fence,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:15

And I thought, what's the best analogy of this?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:18

I said, oh my god, the fall of the Berlin Wall.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:23

I just… I said, you know, to follow the Berlin Wall, I said, you know, and then Germany became integrated again, and that was the beginning of the follow of the whole Soviet Empire, where the countries like Estonia and many others just…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:33

you know, essentially had their freedom, you know, before.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:36

And so, that was the integration, and people…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:39

So, so it's like, I say, oh, that's a good… and then I just… I was just curious. I wonder when the…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:44

Berlin Wall fell. I knew it was sometime in the 1980s, so I looked it up online.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:50

It fell on November…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:54

Nice, 1989. Well, guess what? Last November…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:01:59

Last Sunday was November 9th.

[Frank Jorgensen] 07:02:01

Yep.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:02

just happened to… I don't think my unconscious knew that, but…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:06

But, listen, I… it's a nice coincidence, right? So…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:11

So, that's it. So, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:15

But having that, it's like, and of course…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:18

You may ask, well, how does this relate to what we're talking about today? It's like, it's like…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:24

more loving the journey, and also more having the power. It's not only a loving journey, but then

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:28

But right now, I'll show you one thing that came out of this almost immediately. I'm gonna share the screen with you again.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:34

Um, is the next day,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:37

I, I… there's these covenants that I had, sort of things that I sort of said I want to do every day, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:43

And, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:45

Uh, oh, here it is.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:47

So, these covenants…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:51

And so certain things for whatever I consider that I have… currently here, there's 26 on this

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:57

list, okay, on the left.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:02:58

And some of them are very little, small, some… but just…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:02

It's just… it's like, I've got plenty of time to do these. There's no reason I can't do them. And some of them are, you know, in terms of, like,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:11

Well, here's HIIT, High Intensity exercise. Of course, I only do that Monday, Wednesday, Friday, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:17

So, um, and then there's rebounding, uh, for, uh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:22

for, uh, 10 times for 5… a minimum 5 times each day, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:26

I mean, those are, uh, and…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:29

various other things. And when… before… I mean, maybe I do several of these, but Frisia would just get a movie. I want to do this, I want to do this, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:38

So it's like, she wouldn't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:42

Like, imagine a baby. You put them in their playpen, they can have complete freedom.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:47

freedom. But if somehow that baby had the power, says, I'm not gonna… you can't…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:51

You can't… I'm gonna have… I can't… I'm gonna do anything I want, anywhere, you know? I'm… I'll knock down everything, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:03:57

So, part of this agreement is, yes, she's gonna get plenty of attention, she's gonna be a… hey, when I go to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:06

Philippines, she's gonna be primarily in charge when I go to Philippines. For 9 days, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:11

Uh, and she gets… she gets time every day, and she gets to say how we do things.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:16

But we're gonna do this stuff. It doesn't matter, Freezy, if you still… if you just don't feel like it anymore.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:22

And I end up feeling like it, you know, because now we're playing this game, and so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:29

Like, today, I've already started here Sunday, you see, and I… and so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:33

I've got 20… by the time I finish today, I'll have all 25 of these done, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:39

And it automatically counts for me when I put things in here.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:43

Uh, how many I do for the day.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:45

So, um, and so it's a game, it's a structure, and so that was the most immediate thing that I was able to put in place just the very next day.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:04:55

You can see the first day was Monday, that's the day after last Sunday, okay? And then… and then all I have to do, I just duplicate this and make it empty for the next day, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:05

And it doesn't mean these things don't change. They do change, but it's in agreement together, you know?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:12

Uh, that, that that happens.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:15

Okay, so, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:22

Um, I know we're…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:25

Officially, over time, I don't have a problem.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:29

Uh, so, uh, it's just, uh, if you, if you do find, but, uh, we can say…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:34

longer, I'd like to get feedback.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:36

questions, uh, whatever. Um, and, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:40

Thank you for your… thank you for your… for your listening.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:05:45

Um, who'd like to speak first? Frank?

[Frank Jorgensen] 07:05:48

Well, just want to say, uh, what I've learned from Dwight over the years, the most important thing is to enjoy the process, figure out whatever you figure your strategy is, enjoy the process.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:02

And I would say that that is the most fundamental problem of humanity, is this idea of we sacrifice now for the future. Hey, you don't want to do it the other way either, you know?

[Frank Jorgensen] 07:06:13

Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:14

And so to prioritize, yes,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:17

So, when Strider makes a goal, his first job after… is to find out Howard's going to enjoy the process.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:24

Thank you, Frank. Any…

[Frank Jorgensen] 07:06:26

Yep.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:26

Okay. Well, um, who's next?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:31

Questions, comments? Yes, Ginger?

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:06:34

Danger.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:34

Oh, just now you mentioned the HIIT exercise. Well, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:06:39

Yes.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:40

I… I have a little something to say.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:44

Uh, because, um, HIT

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:46

Uh, the exercise is a little intense, maybe.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:50

for each of your people,

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:52

Um, so, as a yoga teacher by now,

[Ginger Murcury] 07:06:56

Uh, yeah. We haven't talked about… about my job.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:02

For a long time. I've been through a lot.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:06

Because, uh, people…

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:08

Because now I practice Pilates and yoga for its…

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:14

Intensity is not that much, so I really recommend you. Yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:17

Sure.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:20

Since Pilates is created in…

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:24

a century before.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:25

I think she's saying Pilates, right?

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:28

Yeah, yeah, Pilates, yeah. People lie on the core…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:28

Okay, okay.

[Frank Jorgensen] 07:07:28

Yes.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:32

machine, like, on the machine, and they…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:34

Okay.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:35

And they slide, uh, forward and backward, and to…

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:40

keep their organs,

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:43

remain their positions, and to use your

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:45

Yes.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:48

body, use your limbs to practice while keeping your core tight.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:51

Yes.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:53

Uh, so this one is really safe.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:07:57

Yeah, it's really safe, and in the beginning, yeah, it is created for people who get wound in

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:07:57

Okay.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:08:03

the Second World War.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:05

Yes.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:08:06

Yeah, so, so, it's also a sport I recommend, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:09

Well, you bring up a very important point. I'm not… when I… when I'm, uh, talk about HIIT, it's not necessarily at the exclusion of the benefits of other types of exercise, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:23

Uh, but it's just… but there's these certain basic, uh,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:28

benefits that, like, in terms of general cardiovascular health,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:34

The exercise gives that they're being able to prove

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:37

for those basic benefits, the HIIT

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:43

will work, okay?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:45

Um, and, uh, and yes, you have to be… you don't want to do anything that's going to be damaging,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:51

You know? And so, um…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:08:53

But I… but for me, I've… I can do that… I can do it in tents for 20 seconds, and I'm fine, you know?

[Ginger Murcury] 07:09:00

Yeah, yeah. And at least, if you do HIIT, remember to,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:01

Uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:02

So,

[Ginger Murcury] 07:09:07

Um, get yourself in a stable movement.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:11

Yes. Oh, yes, sure.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:09:11

always kept steady. Keep it as steady, and no shaking.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:13

That is… that is…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:15

Yeah, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:17

Sure, thank you. Thank you, Ginger.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:09:17

So, yeah, that's what you want to share.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:19

Yep.

[Ginger Murcury] 07:09:19

Yeah, we really care about you, yeah.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:22

Thank you. Thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:24

Yeah, and there's other things that do lend themselves to HIIT, possibly swimming for

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:32

super… or possibly, you know, exercise bike, but some types of things, it's very…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:37

It's very difficult to do full out, because you have to…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:41

Uh, it has to be a special type of exercise, and also, low impact.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:46

You know, you can't have a… because there's dangers in doing something that's very high impact.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:51

You know. So, that's why they exercise bicycle with a resistance can be good.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:09:57

You know, or what I do. Okay, thank you.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:10:00

Who's next?

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:02

Yeah, Dwight, I had a thought.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:10:04

Mm-hmm.

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:08

Uh, you know, you're… I… you know, your list of ideas of things you're doing to…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:13

for your well-being and health and longevity.

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:17

Um, had me start thinking about all the things that I do,

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:21

Or things that I could do.

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:23

As well. And I thought with the whole group in here that, that, uh…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:29

Uh, possibly…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:31

we could, um…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:33

maybe write out and send to you some of the key things that we do.

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:38

And you could compile it and send…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:41

send everybody those, uh, points so that we could kind of get to know each other and…

[Bill White, Tucson] 07:10:47

And get some ideas for health.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:10:51

Well, um, in response to that, Bill, uh, a really good idea.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:10:56

I'd be happy to receive that, whether… how much I'm not going to decide now how much I'm willing to compile and share it, uh, but I'd…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:05

I'm happy to receive it.

[Bud H] 07:11:06

why not just share it now?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:07

Well, because… because right now,

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:10

we're limited in time, okay? I mean, I want to finish this up in the next 5-10 minutes, you know.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:15

So, but, uh, yeah, uh…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:18

So, um… but great idea, Bill, and I… so I welcome any of that, yes, and since you all have direct contact with me, please, and I will consider it

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:29

the best way, possibly, to share it with others.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:31

So, um, thank you, Bill.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:34

Uh, who, who, who…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:36

Any other question in terms of what you got out of today? Question… like, what's the… what's the most valuable thing you got from today?

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:44

Um, uh, and, uh, or suggestions or questions.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:11:59

Okay, so, um, this…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:02

video, I've made a video of this.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:04

I, uh, I'm gonna intend to post it on my website.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:09

So you can re-listen to it, you can tell your friends about it. It will be actually first go on YouTube, so…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:17

Chinese people might have trouble accessing that, because it's accessed on my website through YouTube.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:23

Okay? Uh, but, uh, so you might need a VPN to exercise it, but everybody else should be able to access that.

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:30

And also, uh, I'm gonna…

[Dwight GoldWinde (DaNang, Vietnam)] 07:12:32

save it… I'm gonna say… I've had a transcript going, okay? So I'm gonna…
