A new intro

When you read and listen to the seminal technique Undoing fear, you will note that I suggest the phrase, "Holy cats and jeepers creepers..." as the first words of the expression, "Holy cats and jeepers creepers, I'm so scared that..." where you're expressing a specific fear. In that technique, I even invite you to create your own customized intro at Personalize your own Holy Cats.

Although I will not update all the previous essays on this site with this new expression of "Holy moly and jeepers weepers," I intend to use it from today whenever I am referencing the Undoing fear process. As far as you're concerned, just consider it another intro that you can select from when you're making friends with your fear, hopefully several times a day.
