Slop and magic, woven tight,
Mess and wonder day and night.

The human braid keeps pushing through.

 

The future came with no jet flame,
Just pocket glass that knows our name.
It tracks our hearts, translates our words,
Then feeds us fights and looping birds.

 

Boundaries tell us where to play,
Limits shout, don’t cross this way.
Create with lines, not endless sprawl,
Or hidden limits end it all.

 

We beg for certainty to stall,
An excuse for no risk at all.
The future speaks in odds and chance,
In careful bets, not frozen stance.

 

We stumble forward, half-in-light,
No one’s certain, despite insight.
Connection waits for someone brave,
To trust first, give first, paths to pave.

In taxes spent and climate dues.
We miss the costs that tag along,
And sell cheap stories dressed as strong.

 

Jobs appear where value grows,

Leave slack enough to catch next trains,
And ship great work without the chains.
