Amazing Hospital Holiday

 

I checked into Hoàn Mỹ Hospital in Da Nang, Vietnam, on Monday afternoon, May 5th, 2025, and checked out Friday morning, May 9th, 2025, following an inguinal hernia operation. The total cost was 26,041,048 VND, or $1003 USD. During my four-day stay, I received exceptional care from the doctors, nurses, and all the staff. They attended to me with utmost respect and professionalism, constantly ensuring my comfort and privacy.

Throughout my stay, I underwent two blood tests, an ultrasound, an EKG, an X-ray, and a CT scan. The vegan meals were delicious and thoughtfully delivered to my private room. What truly stood out was the round-the-clock attention from the healthcare team. They made sure to double-check my name, explained every step of the process, and consulted with me about my treatment. They even typed out the medicines I was given so I could fully understand.

At 80 years old, this was my first time checking into a hospital overnight, and I could not have asked for better service or care. I was completely respected, attended to, and felt at ease throughout the entire experience. I truly call it my “Amazing Hospital Holiday,” and I am deeply grateful to all the doctors, nurses, and staff who made my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.
