100% Responsible

In life, we blame, we push, we shove,
We point at others, void of love.
"It’s them, not me," we often say,
Yet wonder why things go astray.

When tech misfires, we don’t accuse,
We tweak, we fix, adjust our views.
But when with people things go wrong,
We cast the blame, we sing that song.

To blame, defend, withdraw in fear,
Is giving up what we hold dear.
Each time we blame we’ve lost control,
We hand away a piece of soul.

Yet what if we, with courage bright,
Stepped forth to shape our path in light?
Not just in might, but deep within,
To own each choice, each loss, each win.

"It isn’t fair!" the voices wail,
"Why must I bear the heavy scale?"
Yet “fairness,” “justice”—terms we weigh—
Can steal our choices and cloud our way.

To cling to “fair” is to decide,
That others must be on our side.
Yet freedom blooms when we release,
We claim both power and inner peace.

To see this truth is not a must,
But if we do, we’re building trust.
No good, no bad, no wrong, no blame,
Just bold new paths that call our name.

And so we stand, no chains, no plea,
But full, unfettered, wild and free.
Releasing blame and friends with fear,
We find our path, our vision clear.
