Frightened and Your-Frightened, always capitalized (cf. Fearless)

Frightened is a major sub-personality of Now, the other one being Pleasure. Frightened, as a subpart of Now, is interested in taking actions or not taking actions now that are likely to result in feeling less fear right now. In being responsible avoiding fear now, Frightened often has to deal with the concerns or resistance of Fearless, who wants us to face our fears now so that we're likely to have a better future. Frightened and Pleasure are natural allies in going for feeling the most pleasure and the least discomfort now. When Frightened feels Fearless is threatening his comfort now, then Frightened is called to duty. When Pleasure sees Plan as threatening his comfort now, it's Plan's job to step up.
