Day by Day: 35 Questions to Change your Life…

 

The following thirty-five "reminder" questions are all you need to easily re-create your life, step by step,

into a joy felt naturally in the daily living of your life.

In answering each question, give yourself a percentage score

(like 100% for all the time or 30% for only 30% of the time). Some questions could be divided into two of more questions.

If helpful, answer each of these separately (like #12). Recommendation: choose five questions a day.

Every seven days you'll go through all 35 questions

to ask and answer for yourself.

Asking and answering these questions

takes less than three minutes a day.

31. Am I remembering to notice a soul-to-soul connection with each person in my life?

32. Am I remembering that, after breathing,

getting enough sleep and staying well rested

is the #1 life priority for myself?

33. In the past week, have I remembered to maximize

the source of my calories (moving towards 100%)

that I get from eating whole, unprocessed, plant foods

(greens, beans, grains, seeds, fruits, berries, root vegetables,

nuts, mushrooms, fungus, seaweed, teas, coffees, spices,

nutritional yeast, algae, and bee pollen),

along with supplemental vitamin B12?

34. Am I using my mobile alarm to remind me to ask myself five of these questions each day?

at least weekly?

How lively you're living, what you’d like to feel.

Seven days, thirty-five — a new life flowing through.

Do I look into each person's eyes, soul to soul?

Do I see the deep spark that reveals each one as whole?

This connection that runs deep to the core of my being,

Am I truly being with the others I'm meeting?

 

Am I treating my sleep as a gift from the gods?

Priority two after breathing, I'll play those odds.

When I'm well rested, the rest of my life gets to shine.

Do I give my body needed sleep, as it was designed?

 

Am I filling my plate with the whole and the greens?

Beans and grains, seeds and berries, the best I have seen.

Roots and mushrooms and fruits and the plants that restore,

B12 supplemented, with all nutrients galore?

 

Am I setting my alarm so these questions ring out?

Five questions to remember what my life’s all about?

Does my phone nudge me gently toward the life I intend?

Am I using these tools that can help me transcend?

 

Am I learning the lessons that keep showing the way?

Do I log in more than weekly, not letting life fray?

Am I using all this wisdom that I yearn and I seek?
