Pleasure-Plan Integrity combined with Frightened-Fearless Integrity creates Now-Next Integrity. It's Pleasure's job, excluding trying to avoid fear now, which is Frightened's job, is to enjoy now, get pleasure now, be comfortable now, and avoid discomfort now. It's Plan's job, excluding the issue of dealing with Frightened, which is Fearless' job, is to take actions now to help ensure the future is good and not bad. When Pleasure and Plan are not at odds and even mutually supportive, then you have Pleasure-Plan Integrity.
